I am shocked at the lack of attention in this so-called hotel! Tiny bath towels and cheap, wrinkled linen made for such a cursed stay. I was seriously hoping for a complimentary upgrade but was treated like any regular guest, how utterly disappointing. Just couldn’t bring myself to give a good review based on these standards.

Beautiful view of Lake Magog from the condo, but the temperature controls didn’t work properly, making it too hot.

The breathtaking view of Lake Magog from the apartment was definitely the highlight of our stay.

The breakfast service was poorly managed, leaving guests, including us, waiting for coffee and juice to be refilled.

The hotel was spacious and had a fun living area perfect for our family. We made cherished memories by taking walks around the lake and enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen for family meals. The units were also larger than we expected, which was great with two babies in tow.

My wife says that security could be better.

The view of the lake from our room was breathtaking! However, the room felt pretty basic with no lamp and barely any place for our luggage. We really could’ve used more light in the bathroom, too. The in-room breakfast was a simple grab-and-go, but it was nice to have. All in all, the stay was a mixed bag.

The Standard King Room had beautiful views and was clean. It felt a bit small for the price, though. Nice that it had appliances and utensils for breakfast, which is a plus. The comfort of the bed made for a good night's sleep, but honestly, a little more space would’ve been great.
